Terms of Service
Effective July 21, 2026. Questions:
Agreement
By accessing or using InsuraCards (including the marketing site, Cloud SaaS application, Control panels, deploy portal, or OnPrem software you obtain from us), you agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of yourself and the insurance agency or organization you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service description
InsuraCards is a private desk product for insurance agencies: company-scoped carrier contact cards (contacts, vertical specialists, policy tags, team notes) and, where enabled, Ask Becky shared client knowledge cards. We offer:
- Cloud SaaS — multi-tenant hosted workspaces operated by InsuraCards
- OnPrem — software packages and licenses for you to run on infrastructure you control
Features and availability may vary by plan, edition, and configuration. InsuraCards is a directory and desk utility—not a policy administration system, claims platform, accounting system, or carrier portal.
Accounts and access
- Company administrators are responsible for inviting users and assigning appropriate access levels.
- Users must keep credentials confidential and use strong, unique passwords (or approved SSO).
- You are responsible for activity under accounts provisioned to your organization.
- We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or security policies.
- Demo and trial workspaces (SaaS) are time-limited and may be deleted or frozen when the trial ends; abuse of trial mechanisms (for example repeated demos from the same network) may be blocked.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful purposes or to store unlawfully obtained data
- Attempt to bypass authentication, access other tenants' data, or probe system vulnerabilities
- Upload malware, interfere with service availability, or abuse demo, trial, or license mechanisms
- Misrepresent your affiliation with an agency or carrier
- Use client-update invite links or shared cards to collect data you do not have a right to process under applicable law and your own agency policies
Customer content
Your agency retains ownership of workspace content you submit (carrier cards, Ask Becky content, notes, and related fields). You grant InsuraCards a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the Cloud SaaS service (and, for OnPrem, only as needed for license, packaging, support, or other services you request). You represent that you have the rights to submit content and that it does not violate third-party rights or applicable law.
OnPrem AI features (if you enable them) may send data to an LLM endpoint you configure. You are responsible for that configuration and for any third-party model provider terms.
Confidentiality and security
We maintain administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to a private agency workspace (authentication, tenant isolation on SaaS, audit logging, TLS in production). No system is perfectly secure; you are responsible for classifying data you store and for notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. OnPrem customers are responsible for securing their own hosts, networks, backups, and operator access.
Trials, billing, licenses, and termination
SaaS demo workspaces are time-limited and may be deleted when trials expire. Paid SaaS plans are governed by the order form or invoice agreed with InsuraCards. OnPrem use is governed by the license and package terms issued to you (including trial licenses from the deploy portal when applicable). Either party may terminate per contract terms. Upon SaaS termination, we will delete or return workspace data per your agreement and our retention policy. Upon OnPrem license end, you must stop using the software as required by the license.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular insurance transaction. Liability is limited to amounts paid for the service in the twelve months preceding a claim, except where prohibited by law.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where InsuraCards is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions: . Privacy topics: .
